Caoimhe joined the Sole Purpose team after spending the past few years working on various stage and TV productions since returning to Derry in 2013 for the UK City of Culture. She includes in her professional highlights working on the UK wide 14-18 NOW contemporary memorial ‘We’re here because we’re here’ by Turner Prize winner Jeremy Deller as well as receiving the Technical Theatre Bursary in Production Management from Theatre NI this year. Caoimhe is passionate about equality and social justice as seen in her current role as the Treasurer of Foyle Pride Festival and is a big believer in the power of the arts to create societal and political changes. She is also passionate about films having a BA Film and Media Studies Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, as well as being a diehard fan of dogs and the strawberry sweets in Quality Street and Roses.
